Junior Account Manager

What we do

Iconize creates hardware and software products that make the hidden knowledge in nature visible. Together with Faunabit and Stichting BEEP, we have developed three innovations: the Healthy Climate Monitor, the DIOPSIS insect camera and the BEEP bee monitor. We use our in-house developed hardware and software systems to create a better world.

Where

We have an office in Driebergen (see below), in an inspiring green environment, and a technical workshop, centrally located in Utrecht. The work will be carried out alternately at both locations.

What are your duties?

• Account management of existing and new customers
• Compiling marketing content for the products, both in brochures and online
• Support vhelp answer questions from partners and customers by providing:
• 1st and 2nd line service
• Sales questions
• Update online documentation where necessary
• Logistics such as handling shipments to and from customers

What profile are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about working in a small company with a focus on innovative technology and nature. You are good at calling, writing content in Dutch and English. You enjoy helping people perform logistical tasks and solving problems. It helps if you are interested in nature and technology.

You have:

• MBO/HBO level
• A service-oriented approach; you like to help customers
• Good social and communication skills
• Skills to quickly and easily find out things you don't know yet
• A good command of the language; you speak and write flawless Dutch and English
• Experience with MS Office, Google Docs and graphical software
• Affinity with IT
• Knowledge of social media (LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram) and how to use them
• A driving license B

• Ssupport our team as a back office
• Be the go-to person for customers with both technical and business questions
• Start a job in a growing company, which is not 100% specified yet
